If one family homes in Middle Village are being listed and sold within weeks, in the $585k-$700k range, what does this tell you? If two families located in Triple AAA locations, near the Park, in P.S.128 school district, in the $850k to $975k ranges, what does this tell you?
There is a strong presence of buyers flocking to our neighborhood and buying while the area is in demand and mortgage rates are so low.
The modern 2 families in designated area, schools, park, nursery schools, transportation,etc.. is driving the prices to 1 million dollars and beyond the rest of this year. Since 1979 we always followed behind certain areas of Rego Park and Forest Hills areas price wise.
